Warwick (GB) or Portadown (NI) basedWe have recently announced the creation of Pilgrim's Shared Services, a fourth stand-alone company, which will bring together some of the support functions of our current three businesses (Moy Park, excluding France and Netherlands, Pilgrim's UK & Pilgrim'sFood Masters). Its purpose is to deliver a high-quality shared service to those three businesses.

As the business grows, this shared service will broaden opportunities for career development as part of a far larger organisation.

We will also continue our investment in technology to drive efficiencies and improved ways of working.
A dedicated Transactional Services team will be created to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service to the Business Units.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Solutions, we are pleased to advise that we are now recruiting for an IT Financial Analyst(SAP FI/CO).

The Role
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meet overall business requirements.
Manage workload in accordance with business priority.
Develop documentation for systems and processes.
Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for ongoing support.
Understand customer needs and quantify appropriate actions.
Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and regression test plans.
Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources.
Establish and grow relationships with business and IT partners.
Mentor, coach, and develop employees at various levels of the company.

What You'll Need

Expert experience of 3+ years across all SAP FI/CO modules, General Ledger, Tax, A/A, A/P, A/R, FI-CA, Asset Accounting, Travel Expense Management, Master Data Governance and Migration, Product Costing, Banking & Treasury.
Experienced in Solution design, specifications, process flows, build, configuration, development, testing, data conversion, cutover, deployment across multiple business units.
Indepth knowledge of the impacts of other SAP modules on Financial transactions.
Experience with SAP Data Migration and Interfaces between third party systems and SAP.
Ability to create custom queries and develop reports.
Management of compliance to Enterprise architecture, global template guidelines and product roadmap.
Ability to analyze user needs and architect complete solutions.
Ability to develop data conversion strategy from legacy system to SAP.
Ability to listen, understand and facilitate process improvements.
Must have a focus on customer satisfaction.
Must be able to work independently with little direction/supervision.
Must be adaptable and capable of absorbing new concepts and situations rapidly.
Responsibility for evaluating product progress and accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product.
Must be willing to travel as needed.

Highly Desirable Skills

ALE, EDI, IDOC experience.
Ability to debug and read ABAP code.
