Are you a Line Coordinator looking for an exciting new opportunity? Look no further...


I am currently representing a leading international FMCG organisation manufacturing cosmetic and pharmaceutical products working either double days or permanent nights.

In this role you will be supporting the performance leaders in the daily line planning, coordination of the team on the line and driving performance to achieve set targets.

You will be working as part of a team as a Multi-skilled core member working as a team performing at the levels required demonstrating positive leadership skills and showing the ability to challenge poor line performances.

In return, they offer an impressive salary ranging from £23-£28k depending on the shift.


Responsibilities for the Line Coordinator:

  • Maximise line performance and drive productivity through motivation, communication, and full involvement of the team.
  • Ensure that the line is always auditready in preparation for customer, regulatory and internal audits.
  • Using daily waste reports to drive waste reduction on the line and within the team to achieve specific targets.
  • Actively participate in line planning, working alongside technical operators, production schedulers, and Performance Leaders to maximise all sequencing opportunities.
  • Risk manage and assess all quality technical issues as 1st line of responsibility, engaging and involving all required support functions.
  • Provide concise, detailed facetoface handovers, focusing on performance and operational issues impacting the next shift (This includes health and safety and quality).

Requirements for the Line Coordinator:

  • Significant knowledge of health and safety practices.
  • Experience in Manufacturing industries.
  • Served a recognised apprenticeship and have certification to prove this.
  • Proven experience within an FMCG company is preferred.
  • To be able to work in a fastpaced environment and work to deadlines.
  • You will have served a full apprenticeship in the relevant field.
  • Be able to work to standards and time constraints.
