Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and promoting our products or services to drive sales growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and providing product information
  • Up sell products and services to customers to maximize sales opportunities
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Negotiate and close sales deals

Experience:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Selfmotivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales

Salary:
From £24,241.92 per year
