    Apple Recruitment are recruiting for an IT Contract Manager.

    Job Purpose:

    The IT Contract Manager will oversee all aspects of NIHEs IT Contracts.

    Ensuring that contract management processes are aligned with the ITService requirements of the organisation.

    Ensuring that the IT Service & Contract Management processes arewell defined, implemented and operated across the organisation.

    Manage the Contract Management team and ensure that Contract Managementinput to projects is provided in line with project plan dates and to a highstandard.

    Job Description:

    1. The IT Contract Manager will be responsible fordevelopment, management, administration and monitoring of all IT contractualrecords and ensure compliance with Housing Executive policy, practices andprocedures.

    2. Promote continuous service improvement by workingwith customers to improve service delivery.

    3. Understand the contractual and commercialrequirements of each IT Contract and work in collaboration with CorporateProcurement Department (CPU) on the development & management of contractualand commercial requirements for each new / existing IT contract.

    4. The IT Contract Manager will work with relevantService Owners to ensure high quality, cost effective services are providedwhile ensuring that robust IT contract management processes are followed.

    5. Develop good working relationships with businessteams and third parties in relation to delivery of all IT contracts.

    6. Ensure attainment of high levels of customersatisfaction in delivery and achieving contractual SLA targets.

    7. When required, ensure internal teams and thirdparty suppliers take ownership of Service Requests, Incidents and Problems andact as a point of escalation. If required, be directly involved in resolvingincidents when they arise and work closely with technology partners to helpresolve complex issues in line with agreed SLAs.

    8. Escalate / liaise with the relevant personnel withregard to all aspects of non-compliance.

    9. Ensure that contract management input to the ITWork Programme / projects is provided in line with project plan dates and to ahigh standard.

    10. Communication of expectations and responsibilitiesof all parties (users and providers) involved in contract management processes.

    11. Asset management including:

    • SoftwareAsset Management

    12. Participate in regular IT Operations team Meetingsas required.

    13. Work on your own as well as providing support andguidance for others within the team to resolve problems.

    Applicants must, by the closing date for applications, have:

    • Candemonstrate at least 2 years' experience within the last 4 years in a roleinvolving the management of complex/large scale contracts.
    • Candemonstrate a broad understanding of enterprise-level technology.
    • Demonstrateexperience in procurement and contract management systems and processeswithin a complex organization.
    • Demonstrateexperience in all aspects of procurement processes including collaborationwith the Procurement Department through the full procurement life-cycle.
    • Candemonstrate experience of managing a team including planning, prioritisingand managing resources within a collaborative team-based environment.
    • Astrong focus on customer service and a history of excellent clientrelations.
    • Abilityto build strong relationships with suppliers and the business.
    • Abilityto manage own time and work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines
    • Excellentplanning and organisational skills.
    • Effectiveoral and written communication skills.
    • Excellentinterpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
    • Excellentcustomer service and stakeholder management skills.
    • Stronganalytical and problem solving skills.

    Further Details:

    · Hourly Rate: Level 7 - £22.37 per hour, 37 hours per week
