About the role;


Whether you have experience within care, Support worker,residential backgrounds, coaching, sports work, or community work, nursery or previous school experience we would love to hear from you You don't need a formal teaching assistant qualification, just transferrable skills, and a desire to make a difference to the lives of young children/adults.


Do you need qualifications?
Put simply no, we are looking for people with the right character and transferable skills. If training is needed or refresher training we can provide it absolutely free.

Yes free, and all our training are government accredited and run by a professional training provider that we work with.


Qualifications on offer:


We work with a fantastic 3rd party training provider that offers the best training, easily accessible online and completed at your own pace.

All qualifications are accredited CACHE or NCFE which are the main two qualifications schools are looking for.

All courses can be done online, in your own time and can be completed within 6 weeks.

  • Level 2 Teaching assistant
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant
- children's Mental Health

  • SEND Specialist
  • Autism Specialist
  • ADHD Specialist
  • Behaviour Specialist

With experience_


If you have experience working in schools or a similar background you will be able to start a full time or part time role.

We will also be able to offer you day to day work on a flexible basis.

Without direct experience in a school_

If you do not have experience in a school but have very transferable skills.
You will be offered the opportunity to gain a level 2 Teaching assistant qualification.

And then you will start on a day to day basis as bank staff to build up your experience working 2-5 days a week on a flexible basis.


  • 08.30am15.30pm (Full day).
  • 08.30am12.00pm (Morning only).
pm (afternoon only).

Rates of pay;
- £10 - £12.50 an hour.

Age range;

  • Primary Schools (411 years).
  • Secondary Schools years).
  • Special Educational Needs Schools (425 years).

Qualifications;

  • Non required
  • Transferrable skills needed.

Your duties will include;

  • Setting up equipment for lessons.
  • Maintaining and keeping the classroom safe and tidy.
  • Motivating and encouraging pupils.
  • Monitoring children's behaviour and progress.
  • Keeping pupils engaged with their learning, following the national curriculum.
  • Encouraging pupils to interact and engage within activities.
  • Establish trusting relationships with pupils and interact with them according to their individual needs and personalities.

You will need to have;

  • Transferrable skills
  • The ability to demonstrate active listening skills and strong verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships and understand the individual needs of the children in your care.
  • The ability to provide varying levels of individual attention, reassurance, and support.
  • A personable, calm, and caring demeanour.
