    The Business Analyst will work with business and IT stakeholders to determine the necessary target operating model and scope/business requirements for initiatives in the BG Change & Transformation portfolio.

    Help define and iterate the target operating model (TOM) across the dimensions of systems, data, processes and people
    Ensure business requirements/user stories are captured and understood and are aligned with business strategy
    Be able to use a variety of techniques (e.g. workshops) to understand, document and confirm the 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes (using BPMN), and to elicit and elaborate business requirements
    Support the definition of IT solution options that align with technology strategy and satisfy the business requirements
    Expert knowledge of business process analysis (including BPMN)
    Good knowledge of Agile(Scrum)
    Good knowledge of tools and techniques such as UML, Behaviour Driven Development, Kanban, MS Visio, MS Project and data modelling
