Your role


You will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities associated with nursing visits, mobile treatment centre units and community clinics - managing a scheduling software tool.

You will be responsible for ensuring appropriate communication to external venues and healthcare professionals where activities will take place. You will be expected to be actively involved in problem-solving associated with planned activities or clinic activities. You will also support any business projects that are part of the organisation strategy.


Your duties & responsibilities

  • You will plan and oversee the operations associated with administering treatments in patients homes and clinic settings, from scheduling of patients to delivery of medicines.
  • You will support projects that the business is working towards to improve patient care.
  • You will support the Service Delivery Manager in all activity regarding clinics from actively acquiring new venues to the planned support to each clinic both logístically and from a scheduling perspective ensuring the appropriate staff are in place for each clinic site. You will help with the compliance with documented processes defined for the safely operation and good and safe keeping of mobile treatment centre vehicles.
  • You will be responsible for the nurse scheduling software as a supervisor and system configuration development.
  • You will support the business operations by actively searching for new venues suitable for clinics or mobile units supporting the Service Delivery Manager.
  • You will be involved in training staff members on the daily operation of the nurse scheduling system.
  • You will be required to investigate complaints and incidents associated with the operation of clinics or mobile treatment centres and any scheduling incidents.
  • You will be part of the oncall rota as required.
