- Wiring heat pumps, boilers and fans following on from installation teams
- Liaising with office manager and install teams to ensure minimal disruption to customers
- Carry out service repairs, fault finding, controls set up and commissioning. Handing over the completed system to the client when set to work
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements
- Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
- 18th edition qualified electrician with at least NVQ3
- 2391 Inspection & testing qualification
- Experience in installing, testing and producing test results according to UK wiring regulations
- Driving Licence (required)
- Knowledge in Heating system controls
- 2 years experience as an electrician

Job overview
The Role
The role will be to support the installation teams in completing energy efficiency upgrades to domestic properties in the north west. Namely wiring of heating measures including Heat Pumps, Gas Boilers and ventilation (extractor fans/vents/PIV units etc), along with ad-hoc remedial works where required. The majority of the work will be covered under the scope of Minor works certification but some new installations will be required.
