    We have an amazing opportunity for an IT Project Manager to join us in either Hove or LondonYou'll be responsible for management of the IT Infrastructure and transformation projects relating to the property and workplaces portfolio, playing a key role in the delivery of the transformation and business growth objectives of this division.If you're looking for your next challenge as an IT Project Manager then this could be the ideal next move for you What you'll be doing:
  • Leading on project planning, budgeting, scheduling, controlling, and reporting activities ensuring that comprehensive project, quality, and risk plans are prepared and maintained, and issues are actively managed through to their successful resolution
  • Delivering effective communication to all interested parties including stakeholders and Senior Managers to support effective decision-making and manage the smooth and integrated delivery of projects
  • Managing and working closely with third party vendor staff ensuring that dependencies are identified and managed, and deliverables are achieved
  • Taking end to end responsibility for the delivery of IT Infrastructure projects whilst establishing and maintaining fit for purpose governance to control and monitor the deliverables to the business
  • Completing weekly and monthly reports on progress and RAIDS
  • Ensuring project plans, deadlines and delivery dates and scope are communicated to the key contact for each business units in a timely manner and all documentation is safely stored in the appropriate project folder
  • Identifying business opportunities through stakeholder relationships, shaping ideas, creating, and promoting solutions and gaining senior management buy-in
  • Following agreed project methodologies and L&G practices to effectively monitor, co-ordinate and deliver projects and services to Group Technology and the Business Units
  • Qualifications Who we're looking for:
  • You'll have experience of owning and running large infrastructure change projects/ programmes and reporting updates to stakeholders
  • Experience with infrastructure projects relating to property/workplace would be a huge plus
  • You'll also be well versed in working with and managing outsourced suppliers, ensuring they deliver to their contractual obligations and timelines
  • A project management qualification
  • IT service management qualification (ITIL) would be great
