    ERP Business Change Lead - £450 - £550 a day - Outside IR35 - London/ Hybrid - 6 month initial contract

    We are seeking a business change lead who will be responsible for developing and managing a change management framework for a major ERP transformation project.

    The client is in the preparation phase of a project to replace its ageing ERP system, which is currently supported by a plethora of manual processes and offline spreadsheets. The introduction of an integrated ERP suite will bring significant change to way corporate services are delivered to the organisation.

    The project requires an individual who can deliver a methodology that ensures the clients people recognise that making a change is the right thing to do, that they are prepared and ready for the change, and that the change is embedded and will become business as usual.

    ERP Business Change Lead Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for designing the change management framework, to ensure that the business is prepared both for the implementation phase and for the change in working practices that the implementation will bring to the company.
    • Ensuring the change management framework is approved by the project board and the project stakeholders
    • Working with the delivery manager and the business analyst to determine the extent of the changes that the new processes and technology will bring, and who will be affected
    • Developing the change impact assessments for each affected stakeholder
    • Identifying the training needs
    • Working with SI's training lead and other in-house teams to determine the training strategy
    • Working with the cutover manager to determine the business readiness criteria for cutover and managing the business readiness during the pre-cutover and cutover decision points
    • Working with the cutover manager to determine the go-live / day 1 business change approach including floorwalking, etc

    ERP Business Change Lead Skills and experience:

    • Knowledge of, and experience of developing change management frameworks using recognised methodologies.
    • Experience of leading business change, particularly in the transformation of corporate services (finance, procurement, HR, talent, recruitment, project resourcing and accounting) and the impact of those services on the wider organisation.
    • Experience of business change within an ERP implementation project.
    • Knowledge of the functionality of different ERP suites such as Workday, Unit4, Oracle.
