If you are a professional Residential Block Manager seeking a local position with a progressive organisation then this position could be right for you.

Some of your duties will include:

Managing a portfolio of residential properties and maintaining service levels
Planning cyclical maintenance and managing reactive works when required
Visiting properties to carry out a thorough Site inspection
Liaising with residents and dealing with any tenancy issues that occur
Maintaining regular contact with Insurance Brokers and managing any claims that occur
Liaising with leaseholders to ensure they are kept up to date on any issues that occur
