    A rapidly growing legal technology start-up is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their dynamic team in London.

    This exciting role involves managing relationships with top-tier law firms, enhancing customer engagement, and driving the adoption of our AI-driven platforms.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage a portfolio of prestigious law firm clients, providing expert support and building strong, effective relationships.
    Deliver compelling demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our innovative technology solutions.
    Guide clients through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction and success.
    Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    Drive customer retention and meet growth milestones by advocating for client needs and influencing product enhancements.


    Ideal Candidate:
    ~1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a start-up environment, or direct legal experience
    ~ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
    ~ Proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives and busy professionals.
    ~ An enthusiastic problem-solver with a customer-focused outlook and a passion for technology and innovation.
