Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Solicitor in Manchester Area, United Kingdom. As an Immigration Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on immigration matters. You will handle visa applications, appeals, and other related matters. Additionally, you will represent clients in immigration tribunals and court hearings. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Minimum 2 Years PQE (As a Solicitor)

Qualifications

• Expertise in Immigration Law
• Experience in handling visa applications, appeals, Judicial Reviews, Detention and related matters
• Knowledge of Commercial Leases, Family Law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant legal qualifications and certifications
• Experience in managing client relationships
