The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Supporting in all areas of HR
  • Assisting in the end to end recruitment process
  • Working with the recruitment team to ensure preemployment checks are completed
  • Leading the induction and onboarding processes, including the coordination of monthly orientations for new starters
  • Carrying out onboarding surveys to measure effectiveness
  • Reviewing, updating, and implementing policies and procedures
  • Assisting in the coordination of effective priorities and development reviews
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of HR
  • Participating in ad hoc project work, ensuring all project management software is updated
  • Producing HR related reports
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with other HR teams

The Successful Applicant:


The successful HR Coordinator will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • CIPD L3 or above (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine desire to learn

What's on Offer:


  • Salary of up to £30,000
  • Working hours 8:305 Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working (after 6 month probation period)
