    Position Title: Online Media Executive

    As an Online Media Executive, you will have strong knowledge of one or more area of online media delivery. You will be expected to help manage the day to day running of the clients you are responsible for, optimise performance, lead relationships with partners and support senior members of the team in developing client strategy and delivering campaign insight and growth.

    Requirements

    Main Accountabilities
    :
    • Applying your specialist knowledge and experience, along with research to plan and deliver campaigns across one or more of a variety of online media disciplines, including programmatic display, affiliate, online video, paid search, paid social and influencer
    • Implementing the technical set-up of campaigns, including tracking, and trouble-shooting technical delivery issues, with the support of your manager
    • Handling and analysing results data to look for insights; producing reports and recommending next steps based on client KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
    • Optimising your campaign delivery based on these insights, and continually improving performance
    • Communicating campaign status and optimisation recommendations to clients with regular contact, alongside your manager
    • Responding quickly and using your own initiative to resolve client/internal queries
    • Liaising with suppliers (and being assertive when needed) to professionally check and challenge information, and get the best outcome for TSW and our clients
    • Constantly working to develop knowledge of all TSW online channels, staying up to date with any changes and proposition developments
    • Confidently use all relevant TSW online tools (across insight and deployment) including MediaTel, SimilarWeb, Neilson Ad Intel, Adwords, Google Trends, DCM, DV, Business Manager, Google Ads etc
    • Demonstrating commercial awareness, providing a strong understanding of where it's beneficial to spend time, payment terms and credit limits
    • Developing a knowledge of other media channels within TSW, and the wider industry
    • Supporting your line manager with meeting preparations, both client and supplier.
    • You will be confident participating in both client and supplier meetings, offering in-put when required.
    • Building and maintaining media owner/supplier/client relationships- we pride ourselves in these as an agency, the bar is set high
    • Championing your own development through regular training sessions, on the job learning and personal objectives
    • You will do all the above while demonstrating the ability to be friendly, yet assertive, when working with other team members, suppliers and clients in order to complete work to our required standards

    Key Deliverables: What will this role deliver in 6, 9, 12 months?
    • Work independently and 'own' day to day management.
    • Set up, deliver and optimize campaigns for those clients you are responsible for
    • Supporting your line manager with meeting preparations, both client and supplier, leading on coordinating inputs to ensure all information is provided as required
    • Attend both client and supplier meetings, providing in-put when required
    • Have a good understanding of the client's business needs, targets and deliverables
    • You will demonstrate strong technical delivery knowledge and optimistion skills to ensure the best possible performance for our clients
    • You will build solid relationships with clients and suppliers, and supporting your manager in navigating difficult conversations
    • You will consistently show your manager and in turn your clients "What's Possible" opportunities
    • You will demonstrate a strong commercial awareness across your client patch, trading within credit limits and with a strong understanding of agreed trading terms, leading on all day to day finance and billing processes and raising any concerns with your manager in a timely way
    • You will demonstrate an ability to clearly take and understand briefs, along with being able to brief the wider team in a concise manner when required. Build to planning campaigns with support from your manager
    • Develop strong knowledge of all TSW online channels and tools
    • Build have a good knowledge of other TSW channels

    Technical requirements:

    • Microsoft Office Package with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
    • Strong excel skills complimenting a high level of numeracy for both planning and analysis purposes
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including communication and presentation skills (written &oral)
    • Have some experience using online media delivery platforms such as Google Ads, Partnerise, and Google Analytics

    Experience:

    Essential:
    • At least 12 months Planning and Buying experience in one or more Online Media channel
    • Handling and working closely with data, including interrogating and finding insights
    • Multi-tasking skills, working to deadlines across multiple projects
    • Attention to detail, and technical competency
    • Working in a team environment
    • Understand media terminology and concepts
    • Experience of media buying processes and client service
    • A pro-active approach in growing your clients spend and sourcing new opportunities

    Nice to have:
    • Experience of working with external stakeholders to deliver multiple projects
    • Exposure to a fast paced, proactive environment
