    Description

    We are looking to appoint a permanent to join our friendly, longstanding team at Bagnalls Building Refurbishment in Belvedere

    This role is being advertised due to the ongoing expansion of the Belvedere team and we are seeking a person who is looking for an administration role that can provide them with longevity and job satisfaction.

    We are a tight knit team who enjoy working in a welcoming office environment and you will be working alongside our experienced team members.

    This is a permanent role offered on a part time 12 hours per week basis (We can offer up to 16 hours per week to suit the right candidate) . We are willing to offer flexibility around working hours and days.

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the management team, including maintaining data base information, organising safety training, photocopying scanning.
  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Creating & maintaining accurate documents including vehicle fleet information.
  • Financial administration including contacting debtors.
  • All relevant training will be given.
  • About you:

    You will be a confident individual with excellent IT and literacy skills as well as being a positive communicator via telephone. The role will involve regular contact with customers which from time to time will involve professionally pursuing overdue payments or handling complaints, therefore it is important that you have experience in dealing with such matters or you are confident in your ability to engage with customers regardless of the situation.

    Essential Criteria:

  • Strong communication abilities both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office most notably Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Excellent organisation & time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn & adapt.
