    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the CEO and the Connecting Experts team

    Role & Responsibilities:

    Calendar Management - Co-ordinate and manage appointments, and meetings (both business and personal) for the CEO.

    Travel Arrangements - Arrange international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations and bookings for the CEO and Leadership team.

    Communication Liaison - Primary point of contact for the CEO. Filter and prioritise incoming communications, responding to or redirecting them appropriately.

    Confidentiality - Handle sensitive information utmost confidentiality and discretion.

    Office Support

    • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters and phone calls for the team
    • Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, data entry, IT support
    • Organise office essentials and luxury's, manage stationary and oversee the cleanliness of the office
    • Work alongside and support the Operations team for in-office events and projects.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Adaptability and ability to work under pressure

    Hours:

    Monday-Thursday 9-5PM

    Fridays- 9-4 pm
