This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team providing health lead respite for adults with Learning Disabilities and complex physical health needs


The role is focused on supporting people with Learning Disabilities and additional complex health needs through their adult life span.

This will encompass supporting the individuals Physical health needs, mental wellbeing. Challenging health inequalities by supporting other servicers to make reasonable adjustments as required. Additionally to us a multi disciplinary approach working closely with other professionals, families and careers. Ensuring the correct legal frameworks are followed at all times.


As a nursing assistant you will be required to carry out assigned duties involving direct patient care and observation of service users under guidance and supervision of qualified staff.


You will work with service users on an individual and group basis as outlined in their care plan and as directed by the appropriate named lead professional.

To carry out assigned duties, involving direct care which will include hands on personal care of service users in all areas of daily living needs under the guidance and indirect supervision of qualified staff.

To report to the qualified staff any observations made whilst providing care to service users activities and leisure, providing details of change in presentation and risk factors,


To work with service users on an individual and group basis as outlined in the care plan and as directed by the appropriate named lead professional.
