    We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see, and show products and do business.

    We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.

    We are currently looking to hire an Associate Technology Procurement Specialist to join our Commercial Value & Insights Team .

    The Markets Technology Division is at the forefront of our organization's evolution, driving change and innovation to enhance our commercial value.

    As part of the Commercial Value & Insights Team, we are committed to maximizing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our stakeholders.

    We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Associate Technology Procurement Specialist to join our team.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a junior candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Technology Procurement.

    Reporting to the Technology Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our procurement activities and contributing to our transformation journey.

    Assist in the procurement of technology products and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
    ~-Support the Technology Commercial Manager in negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors.
    ~ Collaborate with internal teams to understand their technology needs and requirements.
    ~ Help manage supplier relationships and maintain a supplier database.
    ~ Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.
    ~ Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation.

    Prior work experience and fundamentalunderstanding of Procurement processes and principles.
    Familiarity with Technology products and services.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite -especially Excel.
    Ability to conduct market research and analyse data.
    Knowledge of contract management and legal aspects of procurement is a plus.
    Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Technology Procurement.
