We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef De partie to work in the kitchen at this luxury 4 star hotel in near Guildford.

Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef you will support the team in the kitchen brigade which is made up of 8 chefs and 4 kitchen porters.

A luxury 4 star hotel in the Surrey Hills Contemporary and design-led, the 56 boutique rooms, suites and residences are set in stunning countryside and the hotel also offers a 2AA rosette restaurant, lounge bar and conference facilities.

Experience of working in a quality hotel restaurant to 2 rosette standards
Passion to learn and progress as a chef in a professional kitchen
Live locally or have the ability to relocate to the area with own transportation.
