Care Support Worker / Teaching Assistant - SEND schools

SEND Schools
Based in Hillingdon, Ealing, Hounslow
Fulltime and parttime

We are currently looking for an experienced SEND Care Support Worker/Teaching Assistant who is a dedicated and passionate individual looking for a long-term role in SEND school setting in South West London.

Our school caters for children and young peoplefrom 5-16 years old with varied SEND needs such as Profound Multiple learning difficulties, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties, severe learning difficulties and speech and language communication difficulties.

Responsibilities:

Experience supporting children and young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities
Experience or willingness to assist with personal care
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively
Available 5 days a week and able to commit to at least 16 months

Job Requirements

Experience of supporting children or young adults with learning difficulties or disabilities desirable
Trained in moving and handling
Care based experience
Available 5 days a week and able to commit to at least 16 months
