Property Investment Consultant - Leeds - Up to £25,000

Growth plans have certainly not slowed down and 2023 is going to be their best year yet You will be part of a sales team who understand the importance of working towards a common goal, which enables them to reach and exceed individual and team targets


What you will be doing

  • Calling leads to understand clients' needs and onboard them as a qualified investor
  • Answer investor inquiries relating to both our services and individual properties
  • Having a core sales focus, matching up property investment opportunities to the right investor's dependent upon their needs and criteria
  • Oversee any ongoing deals through case management. This will be done by liaising with the case manager and keeping contact with the vendor during the conveyancing process
  • To nurture stable and ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities at various stages of the sale
  • Prepare material for investors, liaising with the virtual assistant to ensure opportunities are sent out in a timely and proper fashion
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services

What you will have

  • Strong sales skills and ability to negotiate are essential
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks
  • You must be able to work as part of a team whilst ensuring personal targets are hit
  • A background in property or recruitment would be great you are experienced in building rapport in various different ways

What's in it for you

  • Up to £25,000 basic salary DOE
  • Uncapped OTE, (realistic £50k in year 1)
