Description

Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant, who has direct experience supporting children on a 1-1 basis? Are you looking to work in a school that is unique, and stands out from all the rest?


Alternatively, you may have experienced difficult experiences in a school setting and be familiar with using patience, boundaries, and routines to engage in their learning.

Your duties will include working closely with the named child to ensure good progress and continued development.

You will play a crucial role in the learning and growth of the named child and will be carefully monitoring and encouraging their performance and progress.

Working closely with the classroom Teacher, you will have a direct impact in the named child's educational journey as you will be familiar with the needs of the child and be an expert in understanding the support that is required.

Not only will you be supporting the named child on a 1-1 basis within our school, but you will also have the opportunity to support the named child in a therapeutic learning space, at our outdoor alternative provision - Stable Futures.

You will have the pleasure of supporting the named child to take part in a range of activities / learning styles to achieve positive outcomes for vulnerable children.
