- Responsible for the implementation of robust HSEQ performance in line with Group HSEQ policies and program
- Continually monitor the effectiveness of the HSEQ program and proactively identify and implement changes as required
- Communicate, manage, and maintain high awareness level in respect of HSE targets and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all TWMA, client, job specific and regulatory procedures / legislation
- Proactively communicate any areas of concern or opportunities for improvement to the Group program
- Liaise & assist internally with the technical and commercial preparation of tenders and proposals
- Attend upfront sales meetings with potential clients to offer technical assistance.
- Coordinate visits to rigs, sites and installations globally as required for survey purposes.
- Liaise with rig/installation personnel regarding the utilities required for TWMA equipment on board.
- Measure and evaluate existing rig equipment as necessary.
- Make sketches and collate information as required.
- Develop Survey report for a Drilling Waste Management Solution.
- Review & approve all drawings produced by the Product Development team.
- Prepare Project costing sheet.
- Develop Project mobilisation & installation plans in conjunction with Global Projects & Asset Manager.
- Hold kick off & regular project update meetings internally & externally.
- Prepare Installation Workpack & brief installation crews prior to mobilising.
- Demonstrate and promote adherence to TWMA HSEQ guiding principles.
- Coordinate the installation phase of projects to ensure successful installation within project parameters and to customer satisfaction.
- Supervise Installations at Site with overall responsibility for the Installation phase & handover to Operations.
- Complete Post Job brief, lessons learned & handover to Local operations team.
- Ensure NAVISON is up to date & all aspects closed.
- Develop demobilisation plan & Workpack for Operations team to execute.
- Review & Close AFEs.
- Pro-actively manage and coordinate all project activities for New Build Assets or major Overhauls where assigned.
- Pro-actively arrange meetings to evaluate and report project progress against plan.
- Identify and monitor any potential project risks/delays/issues
- Identify and implement solutions to mitigate against potential risks/delays/issues to the delivery of New Build assets.
- Ensure identified document requirements are progressed throughout project and completed on time.
- Ensure that the Inspection and Test Plan is rigorously adhered to.
