    About Our Team

    As a Software Engineering Lead you will be leading and liaising with dynamic , passionate cross functional teams, where collaboration as a team is key.

    About The Role

    As the Software Engineering Lead you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of software developers.

    Responsibilities

    • Writing and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.
    • Working closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.
    • Mentoring and/or train entry-level software engineers as directed by department management.
    • Managing and encourage new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations
    • Serving as the initial point of escalation for software development issues within specific area of responsibility

    Requirements

    • Have experience of proficient coding skills in at least one programming language Java, Spring Boot, Python, .NET, React.
    • Be able to partner and lead internal and external technology resources in solving complex business needs
    • Be able to demonstrate proficiency with data manipulation language including optimization techniques.
    • Be able to collaborate, support and drive team members to deliver on results, providing technical and professional guidance
    • Be able to design and work with complex data models.
