    Description
    Senior Accounts Controller


    I am looking for an experienced Finance Manager to work for an established growing company who deal with planned and reactive maintenance nationally and across Europe.

    This company are specialists in their field and have provided a tailored service to national high street retailers of specialist designer brands for over 30 years.


    We are looking for someone who will report to and work closely with the Managing Director and provide management to the four members of the finance team.


    Your duties will be varied and vast and include some HR functions such as Updating Tribe, the internal HR system, holiday bookings, sickness, updating documents and holding meetings for appraisals, disciplinaries.

    Your accounts functions will include.

    Using Sage accounts.
    Entering sub-contractors' invoices correctly with CIS and DRC.
    Submitting CIS return to HMRC using Sage and email sub-contractors' statements
    monthly.
    VAT reconciliation and submission to HMRC.
    Enter Suppliers and Client invoices.
    Reconciliations
    Credit control.
    Oversee accounts controller Europe.
    Ireland VAT submission
    Knowledge of European currency payments.
    Payroll spreadsheet and Expenses claims
    Liasing with Auditors for Year end and management accounts both UK and Europe.

    It is essential that you have experience in the above and have been in an Accounts Manager , Financial Controller , Senior Accounts role before
