    Contract - Technical Delivery Lead (SC Cleared) - (Inside IR35)We are looking for a Contract Technical Delivery Lead to take charge of an Agile Transformation / "ways of working" project with one of our key clients in the consulting space.

    A wealth of experience working in highly Agile (Scrum) environments is a must, as this role will be assessing the current Agile ways of working, defining what is working well, areas for improvement and to then roll out a more effective way of working to create high performance.

    This new approach will then be documented for full transparency across the software engineering department (and leadership) made up of multiple teams, multiple locations, on a hybrid working model.

    Therefore a proven track record to successfully influence, win hearts and minds on a new way of working is key.

    You will be working very closely with client side Senior Directors, Business Leaders, as well as the teams on the ground.

    Due to the nature of this project you must be SC Cleared.
    Traveling 2 to 3 times per week to client sites will be necessary.
