You'll be working as a Finance Assistant for a fantastic government organisation on an interim contract with chance of extension, flexible working, and joining a lovely team

The client is a government organisation based in London.


Description

The key duties of this role include:

  • Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Processing invoices, matching them to POs
  • Reconciling the accounts, bank, and supplier statements
  • Liasing internally and externally on relevant queries
  • Providing financial reporting and assisting on the yearend

Profile

  • Have prior experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Have good Excel skills
  • Ideally be a partqualified accountant or studying for a relevant qualification

Job Offer

  • An interim contract with chance of extension, starting in January
  • A prorata pay equivalent to £33,00036,000 a year
  • Flexible working work from home four days a week
