Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and Founder.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing London based fintech startup, where you will play an integral role in helping to grow the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Increase brand awareness and recognition through managing social media, sourcing PR opportunities, collaborating with influencers, and engaging with the target audience to build a community.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new partnership opportunities, conducting market research, preparing presentations and proposals, and assisting with salesrelated tasks as needed.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitors, and assist with drafting, reviewing, and editing important documents such as contracts, proposals, or presentations.
  • Coordinate and manage a variety of events, such as teambuilding activities, company retreats, client meetings, and networking events.
  • Manage personal errands, booking appointments, handling personal correspondence, and organising professional and personal finances, including expense reports and bill payments.

Requirements:


  • Experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role is preferred, but we welcome applicants who are recent graduates with relevant education or internship experience.
  • Excellent organizational, timemanagement, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in event coordination and management, as well as social media management and PR with a strong understanding of branding and community building.
  • Must possess strong discretion, adaptability, and initiative to handle sensitive information, adhoc tasks, and be able to work independently.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Passionate about fintech and driven to create an impact.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
