Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Metalis are actively supporting a leading Oldham based bespoke fabrication company who offer a wide range of fabrication services.


Role Details:
Supervising a team of 4 Operatives in a metal manufacturing environment
Working in a fast paced environment
Working in a reactive business model i.e. short lead times and customer demand
Managing with a no nonsense approach
Quality stringent
Pro good housekeeping and health and safety
Used to working to targets and being able to drive the team to achieve them
Working closely with colleagues, communicating well, particularly when handing over shift


Person Specifications:
A strong leader, happy to lead from the front
Works well in a reactive manufacturing environment
Open to change and adapting as the company grows
Happy to be 'on the tools' where necessary


Shift & Salary:
4.00pm to 3am
Monday to Thursday
£30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum DOE
