    Position Overview:
    We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join their dynamic faculty.

    The successful candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching English literature and language to students aged This is a temporary position to start at Easter, with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.


    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
    • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated to learn and participate.
    • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to inspire a love of English literature and language.
    • Assess and provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress and personal development.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans and initiatives.
    • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education.

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
    • A degree in English literature, language, or a related field.
    • Previous experience teaching English at the secondary level is desirable but not essential.
    • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
