Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team within our business generate function.
The Sales Administrator will play a critical role in managing administrative tasks, maintaining employer relationships and ensuring our smooth start to a learner's journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining sales records and generating reports
Employer Communication:
Communicate with employers to address enquiries, provide information about our offering and assist with initial aspects of the enrolment journey
CRM Management:
Utilise our CRM system to update client information, track interactions, and monitor sales activity
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate effectively to enhance sales efficiency
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the education or training sector.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
A positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
