    Description
    I are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Secretary to join my clients team in their Newcastle office. . As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in various computer programs.


    This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to interact with clients, professionals and colleagues on a daily basis, and by making your own decisions, you will ensure that the Rural Team are always well organised and prepared.


    Within your role you will:

    • Provide effective support to fee earners in all forms of general administration including audio typing and diary management
    • Liaise with clients on a daily basis, ensuring all file records are up to date and compliance is followed from the outset
    • Assist and contribute with client fee earning work in accordance with KPI's
    • Assess priorities while organising a number of fee earners
    • Operate and understand internal invoicing systems

    About you:

    • Have excellent communication and team working skills
    • Be highly competent in all aspects of ICT, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Work in the strictest confidence
    • Ideally have some knowledge of agriculture
    • Have the ability to think and plan ahead for team members
    • Have excellent client care skills and attention to detail
    • Have an understanding of financials and a head for numbers
