Job description
As HMLR's Data Protection Compliance Manager, you will be instrumental in leading a programme of training, awareness, monitoring and reporting activities across the organisation, building upon and further embedding a strong culture of data management andinformation compliance.
Person specification
Where an individual taking up the responsibility will be based in Swansea Office, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable.

Selection process details

- Practitioner certificate (or equivalent) in Data Protection and demonstrable experience of delivering data protection compliance activities in a large organisation.
- Knowledge and experience of monitoring organisational compliance including the use of data protection audits.
- Detailed knowledge of current data protection legislation and associated codes of practice.
- Experience of developing and delivering training in data protection compliance.
- Knowledge and experience of monitoring organisational compliance including the use of data protection audits.
