As our Sales Compliance Administrator (French-speaking), you will
ensuring that the sales activities are conducted ethically, legally and
industry regulations and our company policies.
with mitigating risk and upholding the integrity of the sales process.
Oversee compliance-related
Facilitate communication between the sales
Point of contact for inquiries and audit related sales compliance matters
Assess potential compliance risks associated with sales operations, including customer interactions, contract
Assist the Sales Compliance Team Manager in developing risk mitigation strategies.
in the development and delivery of training to colleagues around sales compliance-related areas to enhance understanding of regulatory requirements and company policies.
Continuous review of sales compliance processes and proceduresImplementation of improvements to sales compliance processes and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Ensure any risks are raised as necessary to the Sales Compliance Team Manager
Lead the sales compliance team to ensure high performance and adherence to compliance standards.
Ad hoc duties
There may be a requirement to travel internationally on
Fluent French speaking is
Relevant experience of working in a compliance-focused role or related field
Experience for working in a fast-paced and agile
Proficient in MS office products.
Strong data analytical skills
Strong understanding of sales operations, compliance principles and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret and apply regulatory
laws
meet business requirements.
