- Payroll team of
- Revenue: In excess of £4 billion
- Over 10,000 employees worldwide
- Managing 3/4 direct reports
- Processing for 20 + EMEA countries
- Maintenance of the newly implemented payroll system
- Payroll Reviews and Reconciliations
- Preparation of Payroll Journals
- Work closely with external and internal auditors
- Stock option processing
- Handle all payroll related queries
- Ensure SOX compliance, prepare and submit P11D's
The Successful Applicant:
EMEA Payroll Team Lead
- Previous managerial experience is highly advantageous (would consider someone who is seeking that managerial next step with their career)
- Well adverse with global/EMEA payroll processing
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in all MS Packages (Excel)
- Exposure to working within a large payroll function (3,000 + employees ideally, will consider lower)

- Salary: Negotiable (dependent on exposure)
- Hybrid: 2/3 office/WFH split (Tuesday in)
