    As a Night
    Supervisor,
    you will be working within the within our Basil Street
    family. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and Director of
    Rooms.

    Key Duties and
    Responsibilities:

    • Be present
      in the lobby when required, greeting and assisting guests in a polite and
      friendly manner in line with our LQA & AA Standards
    • Perform all
      check-in and check-out tasks.
    • Ensure that all ad-hoc information provided to the
      guest is correct and reliable
    • Be familiar with up to date the Apartment's offers and
      services.
    • Always maintain confidentiality of guests.
    • Anticipate guest needs, providing personalised service
      to our guests by using guest history where possible.
    • Always maintain a positive approach, especially when
      handling any issues or guest complaints, providing solutions promptly and
      effectively
    • Provide, all
      standard porter services for the guests in line with SOPs and LQA standards
    • Undertake
      general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and switchboard
      to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
    • Read the
      Handover and Shift logs at the commencement of each shift and complete entries
      as appropriate according to the operational procedure.
    • Oversee
      courier, postal and other deliveries for all incoming and outgoing goods.
    • Assisting
      guest with any special requirements throughout their stay
    • Maintain all
      equipment to an excellent standard, keeping apartments always clean and tidy.
    • Maintain
      exceptional standards for front-of-house presentation.
    • Present a well-groomed and professional clean
      appearance at all times. Remember, your appearance reflects your
      professionalism, and you never get a second chance to make a first impression.
    • Periodically
      deep clean scheduled areas.
    • Complete monthly
      health and safety checks and assist in accurate regular apartment Health and
      Safety inspections.
    • Ensure the
      highest security standards are stringently adhered to regarding guests',
      colleagues', and apartment property.
    • Comply with
      and ensure that all Safe Systems of Works (SSOW) are always adhered to and
      report any maintenance issues accordingly.
    • Follow
      manual handling guidelines.
    • Attend all required training and
      take an active role in developing the department and yourself.
    • Actively seek constructive
      feedback for personal development and self-improvement.
    • Constantly
      review working processes and offer relevant suggestions to the management
      in a timely manner to improve Apartments services.
    • Attend meetings, job chats and forums which
      will benefit you, our guests, and the business
    • Be available for duty as per the Rota business requirements, as well as
      being flexible to short notice shift changes
    • Good Opera
      Cloud knowledge and competence in check-in, check-out, and night audit duties.
    • To
      be fully aware of all roles within the department to cover any absences if
      necessary (day and night)
    • Report directly to and communicate constantly
      with the Operation Manager
    • To
      ensure Data Protection and PCI compliance are always in place

    Apartments is based at Knightsbridge, London SW3 1AX and the closest tube
    station is Knightsbridge on the Piccadilly line underground.
