- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including scheduling, prioritising tasks, safety and ensuring timely completion of maintenance and repair jobs
- Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations, delivering exceptional service and support
- Use knowledge of HGV maintenance and repair to troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical support to the team
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all maintenance and repair activities
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to workshop personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a workshop with HGV experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
