    We are currently in search of a highly motivated and conscientious New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our growing team based in our Knightsbridge office.

    The New Homes Sales Negotiator will be responsible for understanding buyer requirements, booking viewings for matching properties, negotiating offers and identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services.

    Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

    • Register and qualify new buyers
    • Maintaining accurate customer relationship management system records
    • Proactively generate leads for available properties through daily call-outs
    • Negotiate sales and close deals with potential buyers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
    • Demonstrate excellent customer service
    • Act as the main point of contact for potential buyers, providing information about new homes, prices and availability
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
    • Conduct property viewings highlighting the features and benefits of each property
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the local property market, including competitor activity and buyer preferences

    Person Specification:

    • Experience in new homes sales is a strong advantage
    • Previous sales experience desired
    • Experience with Reapit or other customer relationships management systems desired
    • Willingness to learn
    • Self-motivated
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record in sales or customer service roles
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing documentation
    • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
    • Knowledge of the property market and sales processes
    • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet sales targets
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
