The Vacancy
We are recruiting for a number of Progression Coaches across London.

What do Progression Coaches do?

Depaul UK is a national charity committed to preventing youth homelessness by delivering an assessment, support and move on service.

We work with young people in our accommodation based services providing guidance and support to encourage them on their journeys to independence.

You will be a keyworker and have a caseload of clients delivering a range of one to one support to individuals helping them to develop their skills and aspirations.

This is a rewarding role that focuses on achieving positive outcomes for individuals and their families.

You will need excellent communication and relationship-building skills and experience in conducting risk assessments and support planning is essential. Experience of working for a charity/young people would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

You will ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients in the service at all times
You will lead on risk and needs assessment and support planning for your key clients
You will support all clients to participate in Education, Training, Employment and Volunteering opportunities
You will ensure the health and safety of the environment for clients, staff, visitors and volunteers through regular checks
