    Description
    Are you a recently qualified or experienced Teacher looking for a new role in a specialist school in Wolverhampton?

    We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspiring Class Teacher who has experience in teaching children with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

    The role will be a Full-time position starting in September 2024.

    The school are an Ofsted-rated 'Good' specialist primary school committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students.

    They strive to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel safe and supported.

    As a Class Teacher, you will:
    Plan, prepare and deliver lessons centred around pupil engagement and development, inclusive of all needs and abilities.
    Create opportunities to develop the social, emotional and cultural aspects of pupils' learning.
    Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
    Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to cater to each child's unique needs.
    Manage behaviour expectations, and implement behaviour policies in line with the school

    What We're Looking For:
    Qualified Teacher, or a relevant degree.
    Successful teaching experience in either primary or secondary schools.
    Knowledge and understanding of SEN and SEMH
    A commitment to getting the best outcomes for all pupils and promoting the ethos and values of the school

    Emotional robustness, flexibility and adaptabilityWorking with Empowering:
    You will have a dedicated consultant to provide support and answer any questions.
    Paid to scale from day one
