JobSummary:

We are seeking a dynamicand resultsdriven Telesales Consultant to join our clients salesteam. The successful candidate will be responsible for contactingwarm leads contacting potential customers and closing sales overthe phone. If you have excellent communication skills a passion forsales and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment we want tohear fromyou.

Importantinformation:

• Shift workwill be required
• The successful incumbent willbe required to work 1 weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shift per monththis will be compensated with pay and time off in lieu of weekendwork.Close sales and achieve monthly targets(General Clean End ofTendency and Deep Cleans)
• Shift coverage overthe festive period will berequired

Responsibilities:

• Makeoutbound calls to potential customers to promote products orservices
• Identify customer needs and provideinformation about products or services
• Closesales and achieve monthly targets(General Clean End of Tendency andDeep Cleans)
• Maintain accurate records of callsand sales activities
• Build and maintainrelationships with customers
• Listening to thecustomers needs to generate repeatsales

Qualifications:

• Previousexperience in telesales or a similarrole
• Excellent communication and negotiationskills
• Ability to work well in a team andindependently
• Strong sales and customer serviceskills
• Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeCRMsoftware and booking systems
