Belcan Workforce Solutions has an exciting 7-month contract opportunity for a Construction Supervisor to join our client, a multinational oil and gas corporation based in Mossorran, Fife. This full-time position requires flexibility in working hours, including overtime, weekend work, and occasionally night shifts.

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling day-to-day field operations for the assigned crafts and subcontractors, typically serving as Field Superintendent or Area Superintendent. The Construction Supervisor will assist in preparing and reviewing submittals, Request For Information, and Request for Comments, making recommendations regarding suitability. They will also review contractor health and safety plans, traffic control, and erosion control measures on projects, and verify quantities for payment.

The successful candidate will have experience in-field Construction planning, execution, and completions, and be willing to travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites. Previous Construction Supervisor experience on major capital projects is required, along with familiarity with Construction Materials Testing procedures and ASTM standards. Enthusiasm, self-starting capability, and a desire to provide excellent service to clients are essential. Previous petrochemical experience is advantageous.

Our client aims to strengthen and expand their site construction team due to a growing project portfolio. Successful candidates will work closely within the site integrated project delivery team and with their site execution contractors and specialists.
