1st Line Support Engineer
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer with ticketing system experience to join a global consultancy, based at their offices in Cambridge with the hybrid agreement of 3 days in office.
As the 1st Line SupportEngineer, you will be providing IT support to 750 UK employees using a variety of technologies such as Windows and Office 365.
The successful applicant will have experience setting up laptops and printers, troubleshooting issues, installing software, and workingon ticketing systems.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a global organisation and provide IT Support in a busy environment to many employees across the UK, learning the skills and knowledge to develop their career.
Skills required for the 1st Line Support Engineer Position:
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 36
- A brilliant communicator and the ability to work with various stakeholders
- Previous ticketing system experience
- Great knowledge of Android and IOS support systems
- Excellent Trouble shooting skills

Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000
