    Are you experienced in leading strategic transformation? If so, we're looking for a Head of Programming and System Transformation to help navigate and optimise our business, through a period of change.

    In this newly created, key leadership role, we require someone to take responsibility for the Firms strategic change roadmap, driving performance through the business by transforming products and services to achieve a cohesive and optimal experience for all client segments across all touchpoints.

    Successful applicants will be creditable and show excellent influencing skills. You'll take a collaborative approach with both senior stakeholders and change teams to deliver a programme of transformation, whilst maintaining focus on delivering excellent outcomes for both colleagues and clients. You will be confident and motivated to take on the role of Project Director on our most important change priorities and have a drive to deliver.

    Job Purpose

    As our Head of Programming and System Transformation, you'll lead project teams through the delivery of our most important change initiatives, maximizing ROI for internal transformational change. You'll also guide our project management development, managing the overall programme of change, whilst enhancing the internal profile of this function.

    Key duties and responsibilities

    • Act as the Project Director on the implementation of the new Client Accounting & Property Management solution, including monitoring progress, overseeing finance, and ensuring project quality.
    • Make strategic decisions whilst providing leadership and direction to project managers / teams, to implement those decisions.
    • Oversee and coordinate project resources - with a defined scope, start and completion point.
    • Ensure project documentation is created, updated, and controlled appropriately.
    • Manage risk, monitor finances, and ensure each phase of work is started or completed on time.
    • Work with the Programme Management Office, coordinate teams to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget, to a high standard, and in line with stakeholder expectations.
    • Provide accurate and timely reporting of the programme roadmap status to senior leadership teams throughout its life cycle.
    • Ensure the programme is aligned with overall strategic goals and objectives of the firm and, if not, revise plans to make them so.
    • Bring colleagues together from across the Firm to plan and execute change initiatives in line with the Change Roadmap.
    • Communicate and promote a change vision, develop a plan for change, and manage resistance and conflict throughout delivery.
    • Advocate change throughout the firm, including coaching key stakeholders on the importance of managing change effectively.
    • Meet with stakeholders, boards, project teams, and project managers to understand high level project objectives and report on project progress.
    • Liaise with senior stakeholders and building strong working relationships.
    • Act as a trusted Business Partner to Bidwells Leadership and peers.

    Key skills:

    • Proven experience leading complex programme transformation initiatives in a large organisation, preferably within the real estate or professional services industry.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred but no essential.
    • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving performance.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
    • Experience in implementing enterprise level software solutions.
