    Description

    Job Title: Operations Administrator

    Temp to perm

    Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00, Friday: 07:30 – 15: Minute Lunch Break

    Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain customer database and regular contact with customers via phone and email.
    • Generate reports and provide feedback on marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct monthly stock takes of promotional goods.
    • Follow up on outstanding quotations.
    • Produce and maintain daily excel reports, and develop new reports as required.
    • Interpret and circulate reports to senior management.
    • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with full traceability.
    • Generate dispatch documentation and handle goods in/booking deliveries.
    • Assist with shop floor production planning to ensure on-time dispatch.
    • Create, maintain, and distribute various excel reports.
    • Raise, complete, and book works orders.
    • Generate bills of materials and create manufacturing routes.
    • Allocate stock take reports and support paperwork.
    • Maintain sub-contractor control sheets.
    • Issue parts to works orders and shop floor.
    • Create and scan inspection paperwork and video files.
    • Support the production of material certificates.
    • Receive incoming calls and route them to relevant departments.
    • Arrange overseas couriers as required.
    • Conduct audits in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
    • Assist in purchasing consumables & raw materials.
    • Support the sales team with order and quotation entry.
    • Undertake other duties as requested by management.

    Requirements:

    • Strong handwriting skills.
    • Proven experience in administrative roles.
    • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
