Customer Service Advisor
Permanent
Based Tamworth
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
£21,680 per year

Our client based in the Tamworth area is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.


Main duties to include:

  • Handle incoming telephone calls and assist customers with their enquiries.
  • Diagnose and resolve any issues
  • Deal with complaints and escalate if necessary
  • Data entry into company system Salesforce
  • Place customer orders
  • Customer service background would be an advantage
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be confident working within a contact centre environment
  • Good level of IT skills, Including MS packages and salesforce
**In-house training will be provided
