    Healthcare Lawyer (Court of Protection)
    Friendly and inclusive team seek to appoint a highly experienced Healthcare Lawyer to their expanding team.


    • You will be joining a team that specialises in providing advice to clients across the health and social care sectors.
    • Dealing with a diverse range of healthcare matters, the appointed Healthcare Lawyer will be advising on Court of Protection welfare cases, matters relating to the Mental Health Act / Mental Capacity Act 2005 and deprivation of liberty safeguards as well as Inquests and Public Inquiries.
    • As a more senior member of the team, you will be involved in supervising less experienced colleagues, as well as developing key relationships with clients.
    • Ideal Healthcare Lawyers will have at least 7 years' PQE working for clients in the healthcare or public sectors, with a proven track record handling complex Court of Protection cases and matters relating to the Mental Health Act.
