£24, uncapped commission

Agenda Partnership have partnered with a client based in Market Harborough who are recruiting for a Trainee Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding business. No previous sector experience required but will need to have some telephone-based sales experience.

Day to day, the Trainee Account Manager will:

• Proactively cold calling new business and lead generation
• Make solid use of the CRM to keep client records updated and inputting new clients on to the system
• Gathering an understanding of the customers requirements
• Send quotes directly to the customer
• Completing customer GDPR, terms of business and ID verification
• Follow up on calls/ emails for potential customers

Skills and experience required:

• Have a good telephone manner, be polite, approachable and professional
• No previous sales experience is necessary for this role.
• Desirable would be some form of telephone based sales experience

As a Trainee there will be ongoing support and development until you become more confident in post.
