General Operator - Slough, Berkshire, United Kingdom - DCS Recruitment Limited

Description

DCS Recruitment are currently recruiting Buildings Maintenance Operatives with Joinery experience to join a long term project in Slough.

To ensure that any customer care maintenance work is completed and any defects from projects are completed by sub-contractors within contractors guidelines in accordance with company procedures and core values.

Overseeing the coordination and resolution of aftercare building issues
Liaising with sub-contractors and trades to ensure they attend and resolves defects in a timely manner
Must be multi skilled with regard to the various trades required - Joinery experience is essential
Full UK driving license
Monday to Friday.

Some flexibility will be required in the event that any work needs to be completed outside of normal working hours / at weekends.

Overtime will apply.
